Our Story
Founded by Madhur Kalyanshetty who is enrolled with the Bar Council of India. Madhur has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, corporate advisory, banking law, constitutional law, arbitrations and white-collar crimes.
Madhur is a first-generation litigation lawyer with extensive expertise in commercial disputes and arbitration arising from large-scale technology, insolvency, commercial, and banking conflicts. He appears before multiple judicial and quasi-judicial fora in Bengaluru, Chennai and New Delhi, including the High Courts, Commercial Courts, City Civil Courts, Sessions Courts, Magistrate’s Courts, and various tribunals and commissions.
Madhur regularly briefs and collaborates with some of the most renowned Senior Counsels in the various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. His portfolio includes advising and representing Indian and multinational corporations in commercial dispute resolution, mediation, and international and domestic arbitration. His cases span shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, concession agreements, construction contracts, banking and finance arrangements, technology, software development, and infrastructure contracts.
